The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) is an integral player in social housing and urban rejuvenation.  A non-profit company, it was created as a mechanism to entice capital market investment into this market.

We aim to be the preeminent providers of public risk capital and a preferred funding partner in bridging the funding gap and extending the reach of private sector funding partners in the financing of affordable housing for the benefit of low income majority of our nation, and thus meeting the government’s desire for rapid delivery of sustainable human settlements.
