Executive Trustee and CEO
Kutoane Kutoane (KK) was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) effective May 2007.  Founding member of Tepo Investment Holings (Pty) Ltd (Tepo) .  KK, through Tepo have been inimately involved in investments in the modern payment and transactional banking solutions, ICT and mobile business solutions over the past three years. 

KK was instrumental in advising some emerging business consortium on the feasibility of setting up Africa Pretorleum Development Fund jointlywith major international banks to explore upostrream oil and gas development opportunities in Africa.  KK is currently the chairman of Nupay and is responsible to handle all strategic and regulatory issues relating to the credit industry, national payment system and the new national credit act.

Trustee
Mutle Mogase is currently the chairman of Vantage Capital.  He commenced his career as a financial accountant at LTA Contruction Ltd.  Thereafter he moved to Nedbank where he was a relationship managener in their corporate banking division and was responsible for a portfolio of R1.5billion.  While at Nedbank he was appointed to the leadership team and was seconded to Chase Manhattan for a period where he gained experience in corporate finance, broking, dealing and middle market operations.

Thereafter, he moved to ABSA Bank in 1994, where he was responsible for the implementation of ABSA's micro-lending strategy with the creation of Nubank, which was started by him and served as CEO for 3 years.  In addition he appointed to the Group Strategy and Operational Risk Committees at ABSA. During this time, Mutle was also involved in the establishment of Real Africa Investments Ltd (Rail).  Mutle is also the chairman of Blue IQ and the Micro Finance Regulatory Council.

Trustee
Devraj Chianee is a quailified attorney which he obtained from the Rhodes University in Grahamstown.  He worked for the human rights practices in Springs, Grahamstown and Boksburg.  Later he joined the Community Law Centre in Pretoria where he was responsible for the matter related to housing, local governement and children's rights.

Devraj was appointed as chief executive officer of Semag Housing Corporation (All Africa Games Village) and later registered and completed course work for a Master Degree at Pretoria University. Appointed as Director Housing Administration at the Gauteng Department of Housing.  He was appointed as Executive Director responsible for housing for the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality.

Trustee
Koekie Mdlulwa is an admitted attorney practicing at Mdlulwa Nkhulu Attorneys, focussing on regulatory requirements.  She has extensive experience in commercial law, local government law and competition law.  Prior to private sector she was with the Competition Commission of South Africa, Mergers and Acquisitions dividion for a period of three years, responsible for the enforcement of Competition Act particularly the investigation and anaysis of Mergers and Aquisitions.

She also dealt with investigation, control and evaluation of prohibited practices including cartelization and vertical restraints: abuse of dominance and exemption applications.

Trustee
Mongezi Mnyani is currently the Chief operating Officer (DDG) of the Gauteng Department of Housing. Mongezi Mnyani gained considerable experience as Director Communications and Information at the Gauteng Provincial Government: Department of Safety and Liaison.

Mongezi developed and Implemented both an internal and external communcation strategy for the Department to generate public awareness and profile priorities and achievements. As a spokesperson for the MEC he attended to all media related matters.  Wrote speeches for the MEC and arrange staekholder networking sessions for the MEC and HOD amongst a number of activities.

Mongezi brings with him a wealth of experience in the governement sector and gives insight into governement innitiatives.

Trustee
Elize Stroebel is the previous CEO of the Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF).  She is also one of the founding trustees of the GPF. Elize has a legal degree but has been involved in housing and development finance for the last 15years.  She completed her Masters Degree in Commercial Finance at the University of Johannesburg. 

Elize has a welath of experience in housing finance and her passion for housing finance enlightens the teams abilities to make sound investments in the affordable housing market.
